About Dr Ana Murta

I am a certificate holder in small animal surgery [PgC(SAS)] and RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery with 20 years of experience. I graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Lisbon, Portugal in 2003. Since then I have dedicated most of my veterinary life to soft tissue surgery and more recently to minimal invasive surgery.

In the past 7 years I have been training and developing skills in laparoscopy, implementing the service successfully in a hospital in NW London and as a peripatetic provider.

In my free time I enjoy travelling, going for walks with my family, spending snoozing time with my cat. I also enjoying playing football and swimming.
